When will I receive my refund?
For credit card/ Paypal refunds, we'll begin issuing your refund once we'vereceived notification that you have returned your item(s). Most banks willprocess the refund within 3-5 business days. We will send you a receipt ofproof of refund to the supplied email address.
When will I receive my refund?
We are happy to refund your pre-booked parking prior to your entry into thefacility. Once you have enter the facility for the booking period agreed,your booking is automatically active and no refunds will be processedbeyond this point this point.
If you leave the facility before the end date on your booking period, itwill be consider that the transaction is complete, no refunds will be made.
Additional Charges
If you exit the facility after your pre-booking period, you will be chargedbased on the day rate of €15 for any each 1 - 24 hour period over thebooking window.
For clarity, if your pre-booking is valid up to 10am on a particular day,and your stay exceeds this time you will be charged the daily rate and thiswill be charged subsequently every 24 hours thereafter.
